The short version

This website has no contact form and no login. It does not ask you for any personal details, and it does not set any cookies. Nothing you do on this page is used to track you across other websites.

What happens when you visit

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, their servers record technical details of requests — including IP addresses, the page requested, and browser type — which are used to serve the site and keep it secure, and are held only for a short period.

We also use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and aggregated: it tells us how many people visited and which pages they looked at, not who they are. It does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.

Our lawful basis for both is legitimate interests — running a secure website and understanding roughly how it is used.

If you call or email us

The phone number and email address on this site go directly to the showroom. If you contact us, we keep what you send only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, and we do not add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone for marketing.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies on this website, so there is nothing for you to accept or refuse.

Links to other websites

The “Get directions” link opens Google Maps, and the footer links to Floor Fitter Wales. Once you follow a link off this site, the privacy policy of that website applies instead of this one.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Email celticflooring@hotmail.co.uk and we will respond.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
